No Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order contains a damaged or missing item, we will refund only the amount of that particular item after verification.

Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video

A complete 360° unboxing/opening video is mandatory for any refund claim.

The video must:

Start before opening the parcel.

Clearly show the sealed package.

Show all items received.

Be continuous without cuts or edits.

Claims without a complete 360° unboxing video will not be accepted.

 

Refund Policy

After verification, we will process a refund only for the damaged or missing item. No refund will be provided for the remaining products in the order.
